Digital Nomad Tips | Parallels

Parallels is the smoothest virtual machine software you’ll find for Macs. Parallels is designed to let you run Windows 2000, XP, and Vista from you Macbook Pro, or any Mac machine for that matter. Parallels isn’t free, it costs around ~$80, but does a good job of allocating resources so your machines doesn’t get unusably slow when it’s running.

You can also run other operating systems like Linux and Unix from the Parallels software. Mac users should look to Parallels because it runs faster and is easier to backup than VMware or Virtual PC on Apple computers.
